Islamic civilisation is based on the Qur'an and Sunnah, which guide humans in all aspects of life. Alongside religious education, it encompasses social, economic, political, moral values, equality and justice, fine art, knowledge and philosophy. The noble quality of Islamic Civilisation is that it is based on good morale, equality and justice. It is not only for Muslims, but for all humankind, the religion of peace, goodness and benevolence. History witnesses that Muslims made remarkable contributions in the fields of science, medicine, philosophy and intellectual sciences. The Muslim world has been suffering from political instability, economic hardship and intellectual stagnation. Under the influence of Western civilisation, the larger share of Muslim Society has drifted away from its core values. The intellectual dominance, which was the splendour and special trait of Islamic civilisation, has now become the asset and road to prosperity of the Western world. Internal conflicts have hindered the progress of this fast-progressing and prosperous civilisation. By applying analytical and quantitative approaches, this study proposes a practical framework for the revival and sustainability of Islamic civilisation by integrating classical Islamic values with contemporary needs in the light of the philosophy of Allama Iqbalؒ and Allama Syed Abul Aalaa Modudiؒ. The research highlights key areas of reform, including the integration of traditional and modern education, promotion of ethical and spiritual values, scientific and technological advancement based on Islamic principles and strengthening political as well as cultural identity. Furthermore, the role of media, family, educational institutions, international cooperation and interfaith dialogue is emphasised as vital tools for reshaping global perceptions about Islam. In this study, the central concern will be given to Pakistan as a case study, both at the national policy level and within local communities, inquiring into how these reforms can be particularly implemented within its educational, socio- political and cultural context. The paper concludes that through a balanced approach, discussed in the Qur'an and Sunnah, it is open to innovation. Islamic civilisation can secure a vibrant, dynamic and influential future in the global arena.
